heh

Yeah the lotus is a pretty sweet car when we were behind it i wasnt sure what it was i was like damn its a lotus. I later came home and went to www.supercars.net and looked it up and that was definetly the one. I was slightly suprised because the specs it gave are slightly better then the M5 (i.e Lotus 0-60 4.4sec , M5 0-60 4.8 sec) but we held it WELL!! But yeah shit like this never happens thats why we were so determined to race this dude!! The odd thing is the man in the car seemed to be light like 180lbs mayber and my dad is like 250 and im 155lbs which adds allot of weight but we still held well. It was so sweet the image is still imprinted in my mind!!

Yeah, those cars are about even. Though the lotus will take you on the top end because of the turbo's. It's a TTV8 vs. n/a V8.

i disagree

Allot of people underestimate the M5. Yes the cars are equal but I think the M5 will take the Lotus in the high end gears. Once reaching speeds of 130-186 (governor gone) the M5 just OPENS up and it really flies. The m5 isnt ment for 1/4 mile runs and such so i dont really rely on specs i read about the 2 cars for that. Once we haev accelerated to 100+ even if the M5 is slighty behind it just moves from there on and we did catch it. But then again i could be wrong. But being in it i have seen. But thats not the point it was just a sweet race
