Adding a clip

Just made a Clip of my friends Apexi N1 Exhaust on his 2001 Honda Prelude. Some Guys out their wanted to here what it sounded like.

I need to know how to Add the clip to share with all.

I am the one with the N1 on my lude. I have the video saved under "my videos" on my computer, but I cant upload it to putfile or anything because its not in a .wmv or .mpg file. Does anyone know how I can convert the file? I give up...
