car does not run right

high new to this site. I have a 93 lumina that runs smooth until it starts to wind out a little then it just boggs down. when you back out of the throtle it picks back up again. hope this makes since.by the way this a great site lots of good information

Replace the fuel filter, cheap maintenance item, could be fuel pressure to.

HAve you solved your problem yet? I too have that problem, and have tested numerous things, and all seems fine, only thing I can thnk of left is a weak fuel pump, but it doesnt add up to me at all!.

The other things besides low fuel pressure that it could be is the converter is plugged or it's overdue for a tune-up.
