95 gsx vs 97-99 gsx

i was looking to get back into eclipse's after i just sold my 3rd eclipse 4 months ago, im really just looking to build a fast gsx, i dont care about looks(but they help sometimes).

My question is could i get away with more mods on the obd1 insted of the obd2 and still be street legal. I know alittle about dsm link, and i know some 95's have the eprom ecu.

And a side question anyone know what the name of the orange on the 95's is it burt orange or sunblast orange

The only thing about the EPROM ecu in the 95 that will help as in mods will be DSMLink.

I think the orange color you are talking about is called "Durango Copper" or something like that. I think that defiancy on here has that color.

95 is OBD2. It just wasn't required by law yet.
