91 seville making noise

Can any one help with my 4.9 91 seville. It keeps making this noise on top and in the front of the motor. I have change the all pulleys,a/c compressor,power stering pump and alternator. The only thing I have not changed is the water pump. This is driveing me crazy. When I take the serpentine belt off and start it and let run the noise is gone. Could it be the bearing in the water pump.

Yes, you should be able to feel a roughness in the bearing when you turn by hand.

thanks i changed the water pump and thats what it was
