serpentine belt loose

My serpentine belt has come loose, but I cannot adjust my tensioner. The tensioner bolt is already tight (full CCW) and the belt is in good shape. Any suggestions?

Hello

What is the condition of your water pump? Check all pulleys. I would be thinking that one is out of place.

Another thought..... are you putting the belt on correctly? Follow the diagram very carefully.

Regards

Dan

Diagram is located on the bottom side of the hood.....at the front.

Is the spring in the tensioner good?
