Electrical issue?

Back wiper has stopped working. No heat in vehicle. Fuses are ok.
Any ideas from anyone?

Read posts #9 and #10 in thread "Grand Caravan Frosts up a Lot" dated 15 Oct. It may give you something to start with on your lack of heat. The wiper switch is on the same panel. Could be the thing they have in common.
