96 Mirage SRS and Horn stopped working

My mirage stopped honking and the SRS light came on. I dug in the steering wheel to see what i can find and finally came to a part that says "replace do not open." I will replace the part when I can find out what its called and call enough junk yards, am I on the right track? anyone know what thats all about?

take it to mechanic, to see what the part is, prob be the easiest way to find out exactly what it is, sounds to me like its the actual air bag.
