Buy 2004 base, what to look for/expect?

Local man here has a 2004 base model, with 32,300 mi for sale, asking 10,200.

This is loan value according to my bank, so I assume that is an ok price. I have glanced over forum threads trying to get an idea of what to look for in this one. Anything specific to check or look into? What kinds of problems have these things had?

Still has a few thousand miles of warranty left. The owner said it has never been in shop, but of course he could be lying I suppose.

He says he gets close to 30 mpg, which I assume is very optimistic.

Any feedback very much appreciated.

I get close to 27 highway on my 2001 LS (3.8 V-6)so he's probably telling the truth.
