help with egr modulator w/ my 93 camry

hey guys, I have a 93 camry and I lost my white round filter found underneath the cap of the egr modulator right next to the egr valve on the intake manifold. My thing is that I cannot find it at the parts store. Does anyone know if there is a toyota part # because the dealer near me has no clue. Any help on where I can find another one or if someone can sell me the egr modulator itself, etc.,

Any generic filter media carefully cut to size should work just fine.
Something similar from AutoZone for example, or you might even be able to cut a circle from air filter media.

You could always get one from a auto salvage yard. i'm sure their are plenty Camrys there to remove the part from
