i need a tranny
hey, im new and i just became a member. I was wondering if anyone knows where i can find a cheap 90-94 eclipse tranny for my car. Its the only thing from stopping me from driving my car and im really starting to get mad about it, if anyone can help i'd really appreciate it thanks

could you tell me something, there is a turbo tranny from a 1991 talo tsi fwd with 50k on it. would it work for my car?

You have an Eclipse correct? An Eagle Talon or Plymouth Laser transmission will work. Not sure if turbo tranny's will work on a non turbo, but if your car is a turbo, then that one will work. Also AWD and FWD tranny's arent interchangable.

Unfortunetly my PC does not have the technology to figure out what kind of eclipse you have. I don't think many members on this forum are about to play guessing games either. How do you expect anyone to give you a direct answer knowing you have some random '90-'94 eclipse?
BTW, you gotta get one of those thing's that has stuff on it, this one place has it

The Turbo and Non-turbo trannys are not interchangeable unless you want to change the starter and some other things. Where the starters bolts up there is like a 1/4" to a 1/2" difference in the bolt pattern and the dust sheild won't connect right on.
Try putting your car in your sig or else you'll keep catching shit for it. Good Luck
