plz help tranny/clutch prob!!!!

hey guys i appreciate any input.....anyway since sat my trannys been

trippen it goes in gear fine and the clutch grabes fine 1st gear while the

cars not in motion but while driving i cant rev above 4k without grinding

and having to push the gear in,basically i kind have to slide the gaer in

without clutch at the rite rpm's but iv been told that my clutch is hydro

and never ends ( i know sounds weird) my tranny mounts were bad for

a while but i jst fixed em could that have anything to do w/it ...98 rs

also i think my clutch cylinder has a leak...yah think thats about it
