installing new turbo ?

Ok so i picked up this apexi turbo, not 100% sure what model, but i know he told me its boost 7-8 pounds sotck on and can go up to bout 16-17 safly. anyways. He had it for his 1996 integra gsr whitch he never installed on it cuse he ended up selling. So the turbo he bought for 1200 bucks he sold to me for 200. Just wondering how eas it is to install on my laser. And if it being bought for an integra have any difference or any reson why it will not or would be harded to fit on the laser. Also anyone know how many extra ponnies this things gonna add me??

Re: installing new turbo ?

We need a turbo model to help you out, and if its not a dsm turbo, it might not fit, might be backwards, etc.

You should have went with like a 14b(17psi) or like an evo3 16g(20+psi)

also make sure u get supporting mods

Me either... and a $1200 turbo for $200? Sounds to me like that guy was bullshitting you.

Re: installing new turbo ?

k well the guy that is sellin it to me lives right across the backlane. ive known um all my life, and before he even considered sellin it he told me what he bought it for. I have seen it but not in a car and running. It is not an actual apexi turbo thoe. it is a brand made by apexi. Cant remember the precise name but i will get back to u on the exact name and model as soon as i go talk to um. hopefully tonight or tommorow.
