Passanger side power door
Because I have 2 small kids the passenger side power door, of course, has the most work. Two weeks ago it stopped opening with a press of the overhead button in the front. Opening from the side manually the action seems slower. By pushing the back button to close it will close, but will not fully (close) latch. The van was at the dealer all day and they couldn't find the problem. They also broke one of my inside panels in the process. Any ides?
I have to take the van back to find the problem, but if this ends up being a relatively cheap fix, how much can the dealer legitimately charge me to find the problem? Thanks |

Sorry I can't tell you how much this should cost. I'm just responding because of the broken pannel. I hope they have another one on order for you on their dime. These guys shouldn't be breaking this stuff! They have the tools to remove these pannels! I hope this isn't the first pannel this guy has removed! Or door he's "trying" to fix. So much for factory trained! What year is your van? Regards Dan |
