valve stem seals

Hey, can anyone tell me, do the short seals go on the intake and the long seal go on the exhaust? Or do I have it backward?

95 4runner 3vz engine

Painted Gray are the INTAKE seals and the Painted braown are the EXHAST seals. I think it's the short for intake, however go by the color on the tops of the seals.

Hey thanks. You are right. I spoke with a friend at the local Toyota house and he said the same thing. Well anyway, it's the way I put them on.
