Late model Town Car question

Hi,

Do late model cars have a continuous warning for the driver's seatbelt? If so, can it be disabled somehow?

How "Late" model are we talking about ?

Thanks for that. I guess I am thing 04, 05 sort of year... but it looks as though they will be able to be disabled if I want to. Thanks for the link.
