getting a car back to US.
Right now I have a car in UK and want to get it back to USA. The car is from USA. It has US title. Do I still have to pay tax? or fill some form, visit DMV, DOT to make it legal??

I don't know offhand, but Google is your friend on this one. I did a couple searches and there are a bunch of sites.
I do know that you'll need to register the vehicle in the state where you will be residing. If you've had any pollution control modifications to it while overseas, you may have trouble bringing it back in unless you return it to US-specs.
