Engine stall on cold mornings

I have just purchase a preown 2002 chrslyer town and coutry (LXI) minivan, since the weather drop to cold in the mornings, even after a few minutes warmup, the engine has stall while driving. Only started happening since the weather change. I read that possible the replacement of the throttle-position sensor needs to be done?

Yes, I would try changing BOTH the crankshaft and camshaft sensors.
