My Sebring vs. Camaro.
I was on my way to school today and I was exiting the freeway. Right on my ass is this green Camaro. Sadly the car in front of me is going slower than hell. Thankfully he is exiting to the right and I am exiting to the left. Well, so is the Camaro. As soon as the lump of shit moves out of the way we both floor it and the Camaro goes to the right (there are two lanes to turn left).
Well, he starts pulling on me; I assume he is a V6 auto. However, it is hard left and I stay on the throttle. All I know is that I was pushing it hard enough that the tire were about to give. He couldn't hold his speed and lost grip. Good thing he exhibited descent car control and corrected. I never let up and after the turn I was about four to five car lengths ahead of him. So the Sebring might not be the fastest out there, but it can sure hold the road. Cliff’s notes: beat a V6 Camaro around a hard left turn exiting the freeway. |

Re: My Sebring vs. Camaro.
I used to delight in beating V6 Camaros with my old neon. Of course, they were pre-'93 ones. Which means stating you beat a V6 Camaro really doesn't mean a whole lot; even the '93-'95 V6 Camaros weren't a huge threat.
