Some electrical issues... need help...
I have a few electrical issues. Driving a 2000 Grand AM SE.
The blinkers have started to randomly chatter. The air conditioner fans come on slowly and then go off randomly. The radio won't pick up any radio stations all of a sudden. Anyone here having these issues?

Grand Am Electrical Problems
2000 Grand AM SE - in the last three weeks the "service vehicle soon" light comes on, but doesn't stay on past engine stops and starts. The fan will stop, the electric windows will stop working, the speedometer and all other dash instruments die. I replaced the battery in this car about 1 1/2 years ago.
What is up? Could this be a fuse issue? Since the light won't stay on I can't diagnose it at a shop! What has anyone else tried?
