Humming vibration coming from drivers side front wheel area

When im turning to the right at moderate speeds 40+ mph. I got a decently loud humming sound and vibration coming from the drivers side front wheel. A guy I know said It could be a CV joint. Im not really sure.
Its not a crazy vibration just slight.

Lemme know what you guys think.

Check you ball-joint, inner & outer tie rods. The cutlasss is notorious for heavy wear on tie rods!
