smelly exhaust

i have notice a strong smell coming from my exhaust, smells like sulfure, am woundering is this one of the signs my cat is geting plugged??? and is there anything i can do to maybe blow it out?? i can always cut it off and punch it out, just woundering if i need to do so now or if there is anything else i can try. its on a 1995 leasbre 128,000 miles on it..

Check your Oxygen Sensor. If it has more than 60k change it!
