02' TB - Can I adjust the Wipers? And a rattling noise from roof rack...

First question, is it possible to adjust the washer jets? They spray almost everything except my windshield. And if I'm actually moving, I might get a drop or two on the windshield. Also, sometimes my roof rack seems to rattle above the driver's side passenger (back) seat. I don't know if it might only be mine, or if this is a general TB problem. It sounds like a loose washer or something, but I would even know where to begin looking.

Move front roof rack bar back to the rear door. Common problem. Look at the washer nozzles make sure the holes aren't clogged. See if the cowl top panel is fitted properly, if not this could change the angle of the spray, make sure there is no debris in the washer jar, good luck.

Also, in addition to moving the racks, check the tightness of the bolts holding the rack to the roof. My TB was rattling until I pulled the rack apart to install the clearance lights and I tightened the screws a little more than I did before, and no rattles!

I'm not too sure what a cowl is, but I take a look at the spray heads again. They spray great, so I don't think debris is the issue, they are just angled porely.
