Headlight Screw

I have a 92 bonneville and i want to take the headlights off for somthing but i cant get the screw to come out i can turn the screw but it just keeps spinning and wont come out, the ones on the inside of the headlights come off fine but on both headlights the outer ones wont come off... any suggestions?

if the threads are stripped, then just drill the screws out...just an idea
