98 S10 Throttle Body

The engine will accel on its own and i noticed the flap in the throttle body wasn't shut all the way so it would just idle. So i messed with the spring and it idles fine now but when you rev it you feel a constant bumb or raddle in the gas peddle. And it does not rev smooth at all.

What do you guys think it is?

clean throttle body(get a repair or gasket kit), do a tune up, check fuel pressure.
