99 Durango stalled, now it won't start!

Hello Everyone,

I own a '99 Durango (318) and haven't driven it for a couple of months. Today I took it for a drive up and down the driveway a few times, but it stalled, and now it won't start again. The engine cranks like a champ, but no hint that ignition is occurring. Just for fun I tried it in park and in neutral, still no dice. Also, the check engine light is not on. I also came to discover that my hood won't open now I realize this is quite a generic question, but has anyone else had a similar problem? Thanks in advance!
