I'm still trying to figure out how hitting a curb at no more than 25mph cracked my rim in half. Dealership wants $579 for just 1 rim! For $800 I could replace them all with aftermarket rims.

Take a 3400 pound hammer and smack your rim with it. Do you think that would crack it? That's what you effectively did when you hit that curb. Call some boneyards, they sell both used and reconditioned wheels (straightened, new clear coat, etc...) for less than half of new. Check e-bay too, there's a bunch of OEM rims for sale on there.
