has anyone bought this advertised modern marvel?

If so please advise of real results in gas mileage or hp.

It makes a good apple slicer and corer, but beyond that it serves no useful purpose for your truck!!!

well, I have seen studies that it CAN help on ther engines... but the GM LS/Vortec engines do not need it. I have also seen studies that show they can be detrimental to MPG on these engines
