Removing front grill on 01 rodeo?

Theres a bolt missing on the hood latch enabling the whole mechanism to move down when the hood is shut. Does anyone know how to get the grill off so I can replace the bolt.It seems when you take them off they never go back on right. Also can anyone tell me what kind and size bolt I need? Thanks
