Question 5.0 in a Bronco II... How do I make it work?

HELP!!! A gentleman wants to contract me to work on his vehicles, and he gave me a list of the jobs that would have to be done. One of them on the list, is fitting a 5.0 Ford out of an 89' Lincoln into an 89 Bronco II. I haven't the slightest idea on if the engine/tranny will pair up and what would need to be done with the motormounts....etc. If anyone here would know exactly what needs to be done to make that 5.0 fit and work, please let me know. Here are some specs on the Bronco that might help:

1989 Bronco II XL
2-Wheel Drive, C4 OD Transmission (is that too small for a 5.0?)
2.9 Litre Fuel Injected V-6 (Mazda manufactured)

He also needs a front bumper....if any of you have one that will fit, it would be helpful!

thanks for your time,

William,

1989 Lincoln Town Car 5.0/AOD *FOR SALE*
1989 GMC Suburban 2500 SLE *FOR SALE*
1990 GMC Suburban 1500 SL

5.0 in a bronco II

Heres a little deeper question: Will an AOD 14-bolt pan auto trans out of an 89 Lincoln Town Car work? I have the 5.0 already, and I know that the tranny in the car I yanked it out of works very well....the car was just obliterated in a wreck, and was like new with only 30,000 mi on it. Also, will the front springs on that car work instead of a fullsize truck spring? I mean, I have this car already, i bought it from the lady who wrecked it, and I figure I'll use everything I can before I throw it out, ya know?

Also, will the motormounts and trans mounts have to be out of a fullsize bronco, or can they come out of the Lincoln as well? And how hard is it going to be to make those motormounts fit in the bronco, or will they pretty much bolt right in?

Input is MUCH appreciated....I should have never undertaken this job LOL.

Last time I saw a 302 shoe-horned into a Ranger (style) body, they had to move the radiator forward into the grille, and had hoodpins as a latch.

they probly had to move the radiator forward to have room for the water pump but i would use an electric water pump and electric fanes and hood pins would be smart agaun do you want it to be 4wheel drive
