White Glue. 100% clear, don't fog, and if you do mistake, it's water washable.

Re: what glue do u use for the windows??
Alene's Tacky Glue/Super Tacky Glue. It's basically white glue but it bonds very well and remains slightly flexible. It's about a buck at craft stores.
I actually use it elsewhere, including to 'tack weld' my models together to check fit and proportions. It's probably strong enough to use permanantly in places where it won't be seen: A single dot on each of three attachment points in a Datsun Safari rally car and I could pick up the whole chassis (With white metal wheels) by the roll cage. |

try this :
It's a jeweller's/watchmaker's cement. Dries very strong in about 5 minutes, dries clear and doesn't fog clear parts. Tube has built-in needle for application. HTH PS Got mine on ebay

Hobby shops should carry Micro Krystal Klear or Formula 560 Canopy Glue; both are thicker/much stronger variations of standard white glue which dries too soft and not strong enough for much of any handling. I use Formula 560 all the time, I also use it to attach clear lenses and external trim items; any excess wipes off and cleans up w/water before it dries. Same goes for 5 minute epoxy, but that's a bit of overkill for glass, but great for side mirrors. It sometimes yellows w/age though.
And as for superglue, I do use it sometimes to install glass but I'm very careful w/it and where it's applied-I sometimes use it to tack the glass in place before applying a bead of Formula 560 around the perimeter to seal the glass in place. Not recommended if you are inexperienced.
