s-afc or profec b spec II

My b-day is on sunday and my parents said they would buy me either a s-afc or a ebc. My question is which one should i get, or which one would benifete me more. I am now running a homemade mbc and that seems to be ok but i like the ebc alot better for obvious reasons, but as of now im running rich and have a weird idle and i was hoping an afc with a pocket logger would help solve some of that issue. What do you think?
Also i noticed today that I'm having some trouble with turbo lag, my 14b isnt spooling untill about 4k and it should be way lower. what could cause that?

s-afc + pocketlogger

the ebc does the exact same thing, no increase in power,
just increase in laziness

Re: s-afc or profec b spec II

That will allow me to tune my air/fuel ratio correct?

I'd get the safc, I definately think it will be more beneficial to you. I bet the huge turbo lag is caused by the wastegate getting stuck open a little or opening prematurely (isnt that called wastegate creep?) or a exhaust leak before the turbo. Someone slap me if I'm wrong.
