95 blazer

the blazer belongs to my sister she had it to a shop where they just replaced parts it is not get in fire to the plugs and the fule pump dose not make any sounds the shop replaced the cam and crank sensors new and coil and igniation model from a salvage yard where should i start to look would be it started to mess up it would start this time but not the next until finaily it wont start at all thanks for any help

(I don't speak it, Spanish seems to run-on to me, non-stop jibber-jabber)

The things he's talking about ( I think) sound similar to what happened to my '97 when the ECM took a dump 2 weeks ago. I thought it was the Ignition switch, but that's not an issue on '95s.
