Bad vibration in 5 speed half the time

I have two problems actually. The first and the most aggrevating is that when I am accelerating the car sometimes has a horrible vibration. This seems to be worse early in the morning but not limited to any time of the day. Other times I can get in it and it runs perfect. Usually even when it is vibrating it stops when I get up to highway speeds or at least 50 mph in 5th gear. This is my second engine which has 58,000 miles on it. The car has 173,000. I have replaced the fuel filter, spark plugs, spark plug wires, and air filter so I am ruling those out. I also noticed this morning that the heater isn't blowing any warm air. The temperature barely moved from the C on this first cool morning.
Any help would be appreciated.

It sounds like it might be a suspension problem. The cars typicly take a while to warm then just idleing, when driving it should warm in like 10min

With that many miles you should put check your thermostat. Put in a 195 degree. Sounds like it is taking too long to warm up.
