Question What is it ?? 1996 GTB

in the back left hand side of my wagon their is a panel in the boot you can take off that has the wheel jack in ..

any how there is a cable and the only time i see it move is when the car
ignition is turned on ?

what is this for ?

Hello! Im from Wellington. I have a 97 GTB...i'll have a look at mine, but i dont ever remember seeing a cable there...i'll post in a few days

You sure you're not just seeing the release cable for the boot latch?

i found out what it is now :-

when i put a new exhaust on , the cable i found linked to it.. it controlls exhaust emissions ... thats all i know anyhow..

its quite rare though
