brake, mc or abs
when I am coming to a stop and probably doing less then 10 mph the brake pedal will push back against my foot for a second and get a hard feel and then the brakes will come on hard as if you jammed them on to start with...only happens at slow speeds....any ideas

Have you checked your vacuum line to the power brake booster? It sounds like a booster problem i.e. vacuum leak.
