Wheel bearings?

I've got a 2002 s10 and I believe my front drivers side wheel bearing is going. So I looked it up in my manual and saw basically the same procedure for replacement as I've done on other cars/trucks. Went to advanced auto to get the bearings and low and behold it is this funky 200 dollar part that i've never seen before on anything. My manual shows/saying nothing about this "new" wheel bearing, so my question is see as how i have no information about this where could i find some? I've been quoted at 500 for replacement by a shop and I just can't afford that. So any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Peace-

PS. This is 2WD model. Thanks.

200 at advance? Usually they're 160 there (with the sensor for the 98+).. But yeah, same procedure as the earlier model just with the sensor..

Ya, i just did both of my front end wheel bearings in a 2000 blazer, you take all of the disk brake brackets off and take the big retaining nut off the spindle and remove 3 bolts from the backside of the wheel bearing assemble and it should pull right of, or it might need some taps of the hammer. Good luck!
