Lumina APV Jerking Hesitating

I have a 95 Lumina APV with the 3.8 V6. it was jerking and hesitating and I couldn't figure it out. Thought it might be emissions so I had a code read at the dealership. EGR and some trans code that they were going to charge me extra to diagnose. So i took it upon my self to replace the EGR and change the TCC solenoid along with the other solenoids in the transmission (4t60e). Still no luck, so I tried changing the fuel filter and still nothing. Lastly, while under the van I noticed that one of the spark plug wires was broken at the boot. Changed out the plugs and wires and wouldn't you know it, it fixed the problem! Moral of the story, do the small necessary things first. Save the expensive and sometimes optional things for last.
