fuel pump not priming

whats up guys..first time using this forums!! anyway.. i drive a 95 honda civic cx with a jdm b16a obd1..ive been having fuel problems...my pump doenst want to prime..doest work at all..now i tested my pump hooked up pos..and neg.. to it and it works..i changed out my main relay..and check all my fuses...i dont understand why im not getting power..anyone..let me know..thanks.

did u check if u got power to the fuel pump harness? and make sure ur relay and fuses are good. it might just be something that didnt get hooked up

and dont forget to check the two grounds to the thermostat housing.

yeah i have power to the harness when i use a jumper wire in my relay plug..term. 5 and 7..but when i put the relay in i dont have power..i have two bran new relays too..iduno ..fuses are good to..let me know..could it be a bad ecu?

Check your ECU. Pull it and look for damage to the board - burned circuits. The ECU controls the ground for the fuel pump.

sounds like a burnt fuse or ur just missing the harness that turns the relay on and off. ill see if i can find a wiring diagram

i have the same problem .... no ground on terminal #8 on the main relay... i bridge 5 and 7 and fuel pump start to work .... main relay is ok ... but pin 8 doesnt has ground //// any ideas??
