buzz noise from front

I bought my 99 Lexus RX300 a few months ago, It's been running great until last week. I start to hear the buzz noise from the front whenever I shift into drive, reverse, or step on the break. The buzz noise seem pretty loud when I stop on the break.

Any suggestions?

My suggestion would be to post this in the Lexus forum, where people familiar with the Lexus will read it. I would like to help you, but I don't speak Toyota.
