DRL AC Fan controls not working
On my 96 suburban I've had the daytime running lights, the AC, and the switch controlling the airflow directions all quit working at the same time. I've checked the fuses and can't find any of them that are bad. The fan speed control is still working. I just moved to a new area and my chilton guide is still packed in a box somewhere. Anyone have any ideas on where else I should look to find out where the problem is.

Re: DRL AC Fan controls not working
Give us some more info. K1500, K2500, 5.7, 7.4, rear a/c, manual or rotary switch controlled????????????? DRL's are a whole 'nother ball game.
Don't just check fuses, REPLACE the ones you suspect. |

This is a '96 K2500 4 wheel drive. It's actually the GMC model. I'll replace the fuses and see if that will take care of it. I've been thinking that the DRL's and the AC vent settings were tied in together, but they could be 2 seperate instances that happened at the same time.
I found a couple of posts in the archives for the DRL that I'll try tonight. Thanks. |
