Can You Give Me Advice..?

Hello everyone, to make it short and sweet...i'm unemployed and trying to get 2 jobs. As in work a full time 35-40hr week day job ($10hr retail job) and a night time stock job which would be 5 nights a week from 2am to 8am ($10.50hr)..

This store Bose i've sent my resume to liked me, i went in to have and interview with 2 managers..filled out an application..seems they liked me..they pay 10hr and know i want exactly that. PS 2 weeks later i call them for the second time, and asked nicely if they are going to need my services.. They said they hired a part timer, but still have an open spot for a full timer. The manager said they will keep in touch with me.

???? Why are they waiting so long to hire a full timer..? A week before i called the above manager, i spoke to another manager and he said basically the same thing. Do you think they are just dragging there feet...or don't want me..?

Night job, this looks good so far. Tomorrow i'm going down to the fed ex center to complete one of those computerized apps. The resume i sent to the hiring recruiter yielded an email from her, stating she has the following hours (2am-8am/10.50hr pay) and pay etc available. HOPEFULLY i'll get both these jobs, cause they will help me pay off some built-up bills....and save up for my 98SS Camaro.

Why the hell do places take so long to hire someone..? I can't wait to see how long i gotta wait till fed ex gets back to me, after i put in the app.

it takes long, cos they're lazy. they could get through it in a matter of days, but they dont.

but man, thats a lot of work. im at school doing about twice a week im up for 37 hours straight doing work solid to do my two year course in one year. i hope you can get it all done though.

I forgot to mention that i'll be working 2 jobs just for like 6-7 months, so it will be temporary. I'll have time for NOTHING but it will be worth it when i get what i want, and pay off my bills. Lol, can't wait for the winter days when i work like 1pm-10pm..then have to work the night job at 2am-8am...then sometimes be AT WORK in a couple hours..and work 10am-6pm....go home..sleep...go to work 2am to 8am..

I got it all pre-programmed in my head...jeez...

i got school an stuff pre-programmed, an its a very regular schedule for me too. i got about 6-7 months of mine.

up at 6:45am
out the house at 7:20
arrive at bus station at 7:50
bus until 8:05
work until 8:45
register at 8:50
an so on...

that an i get about 3-4 hours of sleep per night. if that, often i get no sleep at all. (like tonight, its 1:55am) an i got to do chemisty an english homework, plus fill 2 A3 pages in my art book with pics of the golf.

so i know how stressful it is. but stick in there man. it all sucks, but when you're done you'll look back an be pleased, what feels better than getting the money an the car is knowing you did it yourself, its great satisfaction.

im looking for a job at the local audi garage part-time. so i'll leave school an go straight there an work for another 2-3 hours plus weekends if i can get a job.

i'm saving for a civic (commence "ricer" insults now)

just keep on there man, it'll pay off in the end.

Yep I kno what ur goin through, not as bad tho. Right now im taking like 16 credits + 30-40hrs a week.

Back in highschool freshman year I worked 40+ hrs a week at sports authority with school lol, that was stressful
