4G tails help please

How do I take apart the 4th G tails???? I've slightly broken one and I'm pissed!!!! I don't want to break them any more so could someone please reply ASAP. Or if anyone knows of a great way to make the lights crystal clear inside and out I'd love the advice. I've tried water but it made them worse and I can't clean between the lenses without getting water stuck in them. THANKS IN ADVANCE.... CP___32
:flash:

you have water in them ?.....thats simple.....take the tails off then put them over your heater or register for about 2-3 hours and they will be nice and dry......but about the tails coming off and becoming clear....you lost me on that one.

if you want to seprate the tail lense and the housing use a heat gun to melt the sealent, and pry them apart, but be careful as you can warp the lense. then clean em, use paint thinner, and they will be clear.

i dont know for sure.. but i'm not to sure that paint thinner or ANYthing at all will make the tail lights clear .. reason being : isnt the whole lense solid red plastic ?
or is it that if u leave the lights in a tank of thinner, they lose color ? or what ? plz inform me on this ~ thankz

I dont think you can do what he just suggested.....you hav to buy clear lights.....I think he might have meant if they were discolored then you could clean them up nicely....correct me if im wrong.
