Gas mileage

I have a 1994 Camry LE 4 cyl. 2.2 L

When I first got the car, used, it was getting about 15 mpg. I replaced the spark plugs, ignition wires, fuel filter, and air filter (with the K&N OEM fit), and used redline fuel system cleaner. After that it was getting 18.5 to 21 mpg. All my driving is local city/town driving, and short trips. I just got gas today, and calculated my mpg, and I only got 12.7 mpg. I am a little worried about this, especially when gas is as expensive as it is. What could cause such a dramatic drop? May it be from the change in seasons? The spark plugs are Bosch Platinum +4, and are only about a year old.

your engine coolant temperature sensor could be bad causing your car to run rich therefore using more gas than normal.

20mpg is very common for the i4's. If they're not kept in better than average condition, they have a habbit of falling under what the v6's get.

Replace the o2 sensor with a cheap generic Bosch splice in, change to a better brand (for toyota) spark plug (Denso, or NGK - their cheapest $1 plug is going to do better than the most expencive domestic plug after a years time).
You oughta be closer to 25mpg combined, 28 on the highway.
