2003 Envoy Stalling Problem

I Replaced the battery of My 2003 GMC Envoy with an "Interstate" Battery. It runs Fine but as soon i turn on the A/C or Heating the RPM goes up and down and the enging Shuts-off Can Somebody Tell me what's the problem?

exact problem is happening to me.

when i turn A/C on it stalls, tachmeter goes up and down from 900 to 200 then turn off the car.

anything we can do to reset the car to its normal settings?

dealers will rip me off for this, it can go to replace unnecessary parts just for the sake of upselling.
