HELP!! Brakes!!

I'm going to be changing the brakes on my moms 2003 Ford Windstar, and I was wondering before I got the brakes for it. Does it have disk brakes on the front and drums on the rear. Im not really sure and would like to know before I buy the brakes thanks for any help.

Take a look....do you see disks or drums in the rear?
