Steering Clunk

I have a 1999 ISUZU rodeo 4x4. Recently I have been noticing a clunk on my steering when I go over little bumps. I know people here have experienced this type clunk when cornering, but mine does it all the time. This is drivng me crazy. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

That could be lots of things. Badly worn ball joint, CV joint, loose sway bar, something road debris stuck under there, loose lug nuts, loose brake caliper. You'll just have to get under there and check it out.

Edit: Check you shock absorber mounts too.
