Unhappy MY CK 1500 fails to start (sometimes)

Please help,

I have a 1996 Chevy Silverado EXT Cab 4X4 1/2 Ton Pickup. Recently my truck randomly stopped starting. I have lights, and power..I can here the starter click when I turn the key over but it fails to start or turn over. I went and jiggled the battery cables to see if they were loose and the were not, but the truck started. This happens intermidently. Now my radio is completing blacking out...Then all of a sudden it starts working again? I initially thought it was a failing starter silinoid but with the radio problems now starting, I just don't know....Who can help?

yeah i would remove the terminals in the battery and check to see if it is corroded on the inside a very common problem and also check the cables on the alternator and any main power connections to the fuse box under hood.

M 98 does the same, but pulling battery cables doesnt help. I have to remove the starter then replace it. I've put 3 starters on it and a new flywheel. I've tried shimming it. The problem keeps coming back. Any thoughts?
