WIP: Ferrari 360 Spyder CS

Well, here's a model I just started. My first time using a transkit and also modeling putty, as you can see by my shoddy worksmanship with both. Comments welcome, the final color WILL be gloss black with the CS stripes down the middle. I'm also modifying the resin rear hatch (from the coupe) to work on the convertable; progress on that is slow, but I'm almost done. You can see parts of it on the table in the last few pictures.

Paint looks good. Wht did you do to the lower front lights? Did you break it? How did you repair it?

Keep up the effort. Will be worth it.

Re: WIP: Ferrari 360 Spyder CS

I broke it when I was trying to remove the front bumper. Currently, it's putty, but I might try to salvage the plastic and just glue it back together, and putty in the gaps, because pure putty doesn't seem to work >.<

Re: WIP: Ferrari 360 Spyder CS

None of you guys will believe me, but the room had 8 tracklights, four on each side, and has blue-tinted white walls. And all the lights were on.

I think it was the granite table. I'll play with the pictures tonight, crop and lighten the ones of the car in black. Also, the rear hatch is starting to take shape; I just need to glue on the top crossbeam, the hooks, and then cut apart the part that came with the kit to fill in the gaps. Then I'll paint it to match the rest of the car. Speaking of, there will be a tan and carbon fiber interior.
