Re: quick question

all t/a's have the 350 ls1 engine. ws6 is a performance package that ups the hp and ws6 has some appearance options like the hood and badging etc.

Re: quick question

The LS1 is actually a 346ci motor.

The WS.6 is appearance and suspension. They were rated slightly higher on power output thanks to the "Ram Air."
The WS.6 was also ran in certain numbers. Worth more thanks to the fact there aren't as many of them as regular Trans Am's.

I wouldn't recommend one for a new driver at 16-17 years old. They are a lot of car to handle. The power is something that took me a decent amount of time to get used to, and I got mine at 23 years old.
Insurance is insane for anyone younger. Gas....it requires premium.
Otherwise....a stock one can make for a fine daily driver. They can get as good as 30 MPG on the highway with the 6 speed. Oil changes and routine maintenance obviously.
